This one was interesting, and in person it appears this was sealed at the factory. The plastic part is the correct shape for the track, but the package is the wrong track. Anyone ever seen this? I was able to get two of these. The track is definitely new and unused. The second piece in in route. I will be using them both on my display and I paid the same or less as one without the package and since the package is in poor condition, I did not mind opening it.

Mystery solved! I got the second track from the same seller. This one had the 3727 on it from Tyco. They reused a 3701 card and put a 3727 sticker over it! It was loose and had fallen off inside the track. I guess on the other one, when it came unglued, it fell on the ground etc.
