Here is a follow-up to the pipe question. I purchased a piece of pipe from the link that Mike left. It is perfect. I cut it with a cheap tubing cutter from harbor freight.

Excellent! On a side note discovered this seller will auto accept any offers on this product at $7.00, and possibly lower. It auto declined at 6.00.

I ordered that too. Comes from China so no surprises. Mine was definitely not PVC because PVC is rigid and cannot be squeezed together with your fingers.
