Here is the 91-8-333 sheet. This was included with the 1982 sets, and weirdly has no US-1 items included (sales were so hot they didn’t have to offer one, I bet..). Of note are the 870, 900, and 914. These are the train equivalents of the 3461, 3410, and 3415. This sheet has an expiration date of March 31, 1984.
Here we have the 91-8-361. This would be for the 1983 set offerings. It has a postmarked by date of December 31, 1984.
And here we have the 91-8-381. This would be included in the 1984, and maybe 1985 set offerings. it has a postmarked by date of December 31, 1985.
