These are all the set box numbers that I know of.
The boxes use a 95-0 number. Like the paperwork, the 95 is specifically for US-1, and the “0” is for a cardboard/paperboard box usually for retail sale. And the last three digits represent the specific item. Starting in 1982 Tyco added a -E## at the end of the set box number. I’m not sure what it was for except to maybe identify a box size or price point. These will be added as well.
To save some typing, again I’ll use the last three digits and I’ll code the boxes as follows:
A is a 22” x 14” box
B is a 23-1/2” x 15-1/2” box
C is a 24” x 16-7/16” box
D is a 27 x 17” box
E is a 28” x 18” box
F is a 31-3/4” x 18-3/4” box
G is a 32” x 18-1/2” box
Accessories used three different size boxes. Box A was used for most accessories. Box B was a longer box used for the 3455 and 3467. A taller square box was used for the 3410, 3415, 3420, and 3470. Additionally there are a couple “white” boxes that were used for the in-set 3410, 3414 (in set item number for the 3470), 3415, and 3420/3420-3.
The catalog sets appear to use three different size boxes as well. Not seeing enough examples I haven’t listed these as I am not sure exactly how they were boxed. They do have a coded box label to identify the set. These use a 91-9-### code. My S3344Q has a 91-9-190 code, my P3201Q has a 91-9-191 B, while my S3302Q has a 91-9-252 code.

So, this tells us that Tyco produced at least 59 different item specific boxes for US-1.
