Here is a list of all the known “paper” items for US-1 I have found.
All documents begin with 95-8. The 95 is a reference to US-1 specifically. And the 8 is a reference to a paper or sheet. A final three digits reference to the specific item.
A sheet with an “A” references a change to the document, mostly due to the change from a 3010 terminal to a 3025.
To save typing I’m just referencing the last three digits. There are some items that begin with 91, which seems to be a reference to Tyco slot car paperwork in general.
This is a good way to date code multi-year sets (like the 3235), as the numbers follow sequentially. It’s also a good indication as to at least having an understanding of items that may have never surfaced, but do exist.

91-8-332 3235 train assembly sheet
91-8-333 $20 refund coupon
91-8-361 $33 rebate sheet
91-8-381 $62 rebate sheet
91-8-205 OOPS! return form
93-8-568 notice for improved controller for the 3235 when the 3010 and train terminal where updated
95-8-01# Notice for improved controller, center off, corner torn off paper so number was incomplete, probably the 012 number but I don’t want to commit without a valid piece.
So, with this said, it’s a good indicator of the amount of items made and what could be out there. In 1982 there were a ton of things produced that had some form of paperwork to it.
Hope you enjoyed this list, maybe can glean some knowledge and hopefully if someone has something not listed please share it.
