I have heard these overpaid comments and wanted to share the out come. Here are pics of the $180.00 van in question. I figured why not? I haven't been taken on eBay in awhile. So I went for it. It was in better condition than I expected.

It cleaned up good!

I got mine recently for 160.00. The windshield had popped loose and someone was posting how awful that might be and I overpaid etc. It's called "Jelly". People that say 150-200 is too much are ridiculous.

Its all about how bad you want something. I have wanted one of these since I was a kid. So I said it's now or never.

I got the A-Team van on ebay you posted suprb6970, thanks for the heads up, good deal.
It was nicer than I thought it would be too, had to ask for pics of the other side and it was good, normally the graphics are all beat up from leaping with the train set. . I threw it on another US-1 chassis and used the front solid red center wheels from the bare chassis and painted the silver US-1 wheels red on back, had an extra windshield from my parts vans.

I love it when a plan come together!

I did the same thing on one I picked up from Mercari. I'm glad someone saw it and snagged it up. I thought it was a great deal. And you also got a bare chassis to boot. I used the bare chassis on the one I bought. I had one that I broke taking the rear weight off. I paid less than $20.00 for mine. You never know where US1 stuff is going to turn up. You have to think outside the box. Awesome!

I bought one on eBay a couple of weeks ago for 155.00. The card was cut away for storage I guess but its still in the unopened blister. These vans are difficult to find on off their card. I saw one eBay last year that that was on its card in decent shape that sold for over 400.00.
