Hello! New to the group!
I've recently acquired a couple US1 sets and some accessories and just getting a chance to start to go through it.
I think I have two complete sets. One of the sets is in a plain white box with Tyco printed on the side and a sticker on the top that has the set description on it. I've added a couple pics so you can see it.
I've been looking online at different sets for sale and haven't seen a box like this. Is this a dealer box or something? Maybe a demo set sent to a hobby store?
Also wondering if anyone has the layout sheet for this set so I might see how it's supposed to be set up. The label on mine has all the components listed but the part of the label with the layout on it is partly missing, and I can't see the entire layout.
Curious what a set like this might be worth if it's complete? I also have the Fire Alert Set that appears to be complete, some other accessories and a bunch of trucks!
Thanks for your help!

It was ordered from a Catalog, so they didn't have to have the fancy box. Nothing rare in the set, I think the artwork on vintage toys is a big aspect, so you have a limited market for something like this IMHO.

Makes sense. So might be better to sell stuff off individually if I don't have a complete set. Looks like the accessory boxes are just plain jane as well.
I agree, I love the artwork and promotional stuff on the boxes too! It's part of the excitement for sure. The box I have for the Fire Alert set is really nice.
Thanks
