Why do some of the early TYCO US1 trucks have brown gears? The answer is simple, this is what they started with. Most agree the brown gears are virtually indestructible while the white gears are prone to cracking. The brown glides were often broken off during play and were replaced with more durable metal guide pins. Shown in the video are the Trucking Smith's Tire Goodyear Truck 1981–1982 No. 3951 and 3955 Airport Taxi.
