A FedEx van mint on the card with part of the top of the card cut off was posted and sold for 175 bucks with shipping on the Facebook HO slot car for sale site yesterday evening.
Got this one for 160. Has brown gears.

I HAVE MULTIPLE PICTURES AT DIFFERENT ANGLES. THESE VEHICLES MAY NEED A TUNE UP AND TIRES FOR MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE. I am told the exhaust stacks have been replaced on this truck. They look good if they were replaced.

IMHO $160 is way to high for that. One of mine was MOSC and that’s about what I paid. The other was used and I paid maybe $100-120 for it.
But, I know that’s one you wanted so it’s all good. It’s sometimes hard to wait when you never know what’s going to pop up.
I just checked all my case cars earlier today and I have 10 brown geared chassis. I think I have 6 more in my sets. Then one of my cop cars is starting to click. And two trucks have flat pick-ups that need replaced. Maintenance never ends.. LOL

Cool! A bird in the hand... you may never see another one for months or years and the couple that have sold were in really bad condition. I would have asked the same or more for my nice one, think it's too much don't buy it, I've been selling on ebay since 1998 and somebody else always does. The price seems fair to me for what they've been going for lately here in the real world.
Those windshield/rear window pieces are only held in by the rear window and vent window openings and pop out like that often, go right back in with some minor strategery, they all have the molding flash chip on the top of the opening too. I have two of them sitting on my bench now getting ready for paint, I'm thinking multi- day-glo color psychedelic hippie with peace signs and flowers, lol.

Using this as an example, when someone posts they bought an item, keep your thoughts about what they paid to yourself. Imagine your friend came over that just bought a used Ford truck and you told them, oh you paid too much for that truck, I paid half that for mine and it was brand new, not used and then going on to say the person is impatient but that's okay if that's what you wanted.
Just because we are on the internet does not mean we need to be rude to each other! This is not Facebook or X. Sometimes you need to keep your opinion to yourself!
If you want to make general negative comments about an auction online, that is fine, but this isn't going to be a platform to be rude to fellow memebers whether it's me or anyone else!
