Used Painted Dump Truck Body as shown, 2 U.S.-1 Trucking Chassis but only one ran when tested with a 9Volt Battery needs to be serviced and new tires, the other chassis didn’t run when tested. Also included is a Tyco U.S.-1 Trailer Axle Wheel Assembly.

You can't win them all. As a rule I never look at completed auctions unless I'm researching prices. Looking at them every day to to see what you may have missed out on is just an open invitation to make yourself feel really bad. What you don't know won't hurt you.
