It's been a while since I've seen one of the Smith's Tire Pickup Trucks for sale. Sadly, this one is is really rough condition with a huge blemish and cracking paint on the passenger's side. Windshield is one of the worst I've ever seen.

Sadly, someone will probably pay normal price for this because the rarely come up for sale!

That's something I have not heard about.
The stuff works great on The stuff works great on unpainted plastic, I used to Restore handheld Tabletop arcade games/ toys ( Mattel, calico , Tomytronics etc) With it and it worked miracles. Simply put a tiny bit on a Soft cloth And gently rub. Similar to wax with cleaning compound Used on a auto, but much gentler compound.

I've never tried it on slot Cars, So needless to say experiment 1st On an old piece of junk. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the stuff.

Sold for 172.00 + shipping & Tax so roughly 192.00. Insane for the condition of it.

Is the original guide pins desirable in the uS1 community? Newbie, Ronnie:)
It was an FYI since they are expensive. The brown guides were easily broken by kids playing with them. Many were replaced with the metal repair parts. Some vehicles were sold with both metal and plastic guide new, but I am fairly certain these were all sold with brown glides and have brown gears, which are more durable ironically.

Prices hanging in there! Probably would have got more with a lower opening bid. No guts, no glory. An item like this will do fine with a .99 cent opening bid IMHO!
