Gravel trailer has wheels with magnets

I got a gravel trailer and noticed that it has a rear wheel set has magnets on it? It also does not have the gap between the mudflaps so it can back over the gravel dump?
Does anyone know what these wheels belong on? Thanks

Someone swapped that from the Tyco Magnum 440-X2 Trailers. That's not desirable or neccessary to have on US-1 Trucking sets though because the motors RPM is much lower. They had the magnets to help keep the trucks and trailers on the tracks at the increased speeds.
