Hi there, I was fortunate enough to buy a few #3727 Road & Rail track sections from a French classifieds site at a very good price.
Now I’d like to put together the same train that was included in the original Road & Rail set. These items aren’t very common in France, but I was able to find the Rock Island locomotive, the matching caboose, and the Union Pacific hopper car. They look great!
I’m still searching for the Burlington boxcar and the Texaco tank car, but I’m not in a hurry.
By the way, does anyone know if all of the trains included in the Road & Rail sets consisted of the same cars, or were there any variations?
