Tyco Stomper 4x4 3965 Green & White Stepside Truck

I was interested in this rare green & white Stomper 4x4, but I could not get past the condition issues on the driver's side. What is all that pitting caused from?

Those pits look like a cat wash chewing on it. Maybe those were paint bubbles from the tampo printing process that burst and left craters? It looks to have major paint issues everywhere, almost looks like it was touched up in spots. I would of passed on it too.
