Can you elaborate what is missing? I've never had these. At first glance, looks the same as all the ones I've see for sale before like-

There are holes where the headlights should be. My guess is that it is the same mold as Tyco's lighted blazer. I do not own one either. I was curious if they are all like that. I had moved on to girls by the time these were released Lol.

They are all like that. I'm pretty confident these pair was brand new, separated from the original set, and never used. As we know Tyco did a lot of stuff to save money, especially in that year! This was likely a last-ditch effort to increase sales, which failed. The whole point of Stompers is you could take them anywhere and run them, they even had some for the water! Kinda dumb to expect kids to run them on a slot car track IMHO!

Another set popped up for sale! Sounds like the Blazer needs a new gear to replace a cracked one.
